Privacy Policy

This page explains what the club records when you book a station or read the tide chart, and what we do not touch. We keep it short on purpose. The venue is referred to below as "we" or "the club".

What we collect

• Booking details you send through the form: your name, email, chosen date, tide and spot.
• Anonymous door check-in counts that drive the tide chart — a simple headcount, never tied to who you are.
• Basic technical logs your browser sends to any website: request time, page, and a truncated address for security.

Why we collect it

Your booking details let us hold a specific seat for your chosen hour and reach you if a plan changes. The check-in headcount is what makes the load chart honest — it is a count of bodies through the door, not a profile of any single visitor. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it, and we do not build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Booking records are cleared on a rolling basis once the session has passed and any follow-up is done. Aggregate check-in counts stay only as long as they are useful for drawing the forecast, then roll off. Nothing here is kept indefinitely for its own sake.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of functional cookies to remember your preferences during a visit and to keep the booking form working. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If your browser blocks cookies, the tide chart and pages still load; only the form convenience is reduced.

Your choices

You can ask us what booking details we hold for you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them — reach out through the same contact channel you used to book. We will act on a reasonable request without fuss. Because the tide chart runs on anonymous counts, there is no personal record inside it to remove.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this page and applies from the day it is posted. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page so returning visitors can see what moved.

Your rights under data-protection law

This club operates in Poland, so the personal details you share are handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych). You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, to correct or erase them, to restrict or object to their use, and to receive them in a portable form. We process your booking data to take steps at your request and to run the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
