Terms & Club Rules

These are the house rules for the club. Using a station or booking a seat means you agree to them. We keep them plain so the floor runs calmly. The venue is referred to as "we" or "the club".

Booking and the tide

• A booking holds one station for your chosen window, busy chart or not. Please arrive within fifteen minutes of your start time or the seat may be released.
• The tide chart and door board are honest guides drawn from live check-ins, not a promise. Actual load can shift with a holiday or a big release.
• Low tide, standard and night are flat per-hour rates tied to the chart. The rate that applies is the one showing when your hour starts.

Hours and payment

The club opens Monday to Thursday 10:00–02:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00–06:00, and Sunday 11:00–00:00. Time is billed by the hour from when you sit down; part hours are rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes. Settle your session at the desk before you leave. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a station is free, but a booking is the only way to guarantee a specific seat.

Conduct on the floor

Keep the volume friendly — headsets on for anything loud, and voice down in the Still corner, which exists so people can concentrate. Treat other players and staff with respect. No harassment, no slurs, no filming other guests without their say-so. Food and drink are fine at the desks with a lid or a plate; spills near hardware are not. Staff can end a session for behaviour that spoils the room for everyone else, and repeated issues can mean a longer ban.

Equipment and account care

Log out of every account before you leave; the club is not responsible for sessions left signed in. Do not install unapproved software, open the cases, or move peripherals between stations — tell staff if something is worn or faulty and we will swap it. You are responsible for deliberate damage to a station, chair or peripheral. Report a fault rather than working around it, so the next player finds the seat ready.

Age and entertainment

Minors are welcome during daytime hours; late-night sessions may carry an age check at the door. The club is a place to play, practise and hang out. Any leaderboards, scores or friendly matches here are counted in points and time only — for fun and bragging rights, nothing more.

Changes

We may update these rules as the club grows. The current version on this page is the one that applies; a summary of any material change will sit at the top so regulars know what shifted.
